Personal coaching 3-month

Mindbody coaching 6-month
This package is designed to support you over a 6-month period so that you have the space to install new healthy behaviours in-line with your values. Using a blend of psychological approaches, we delve into your subconscious drivers of behaviour to see what’s holding you back – we work to find an ideal way of living that becomes automated with ease.
