We may share anonymised information regarding general practice within written work for
professional doctorates in health psychology portfolio with Liverpool John Moores University
(“LJMU”) and the Health and Care Professions Council (“HCPC”). Reasons for this are to
evidence practice in health psychology and to complete course competencies. Ethical and
legal standards of general practice and data collection and storage are maintained within the
LJMU, HCPC and British Psychological Society codes of conduct. Please see separate
organisations for more information on ethical standards. If you do not agree with the terms of
this specific use of data towards a professional doctorate in health psychology, please

I may occasionally ask you to be part of a specific piece of research related to the health
psychology professional doctorate. In this case, anonymity will still be maintained and
separate terms will be presented. Consent will always be obtained prior to any study. Your
rights and access to my services will not be affected if you decline consent to be part of
research on the health psychology professional doctorate.
Full information and consent to processing of data is given to clients that sign up to personal
and corporate packages prior to starting coaching sessions.

use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into my database only accessible by myself.

law and will be destroyed after this date. You can request your information held on this
